This week, we got our first taste of that cool Fall weather here on the east coast

And just that like… Fall Jackets are back! 

But… have you ever seen those people who refuse to believe the weather is getting colder? 

You know who we are talking about… 

The person who, even though it’s 22 Degrees outside… 

… is wearing shorts and flip flops

Well, while we used to think that these people were absolutely bonkers… it turns out, they may have been onto something. 

Something truly revolutionary… trust us, this is worth the read! 

For this week’s Main Story, we introduce you to the Superhuman world of Wim Hof: The Iceman! 

You see… Wim Hof is not like us mere humans, almost everything Wim has done was previously thought to be impossible.

As a small introduction… 

Wim Hof first caught the attention of scientists when he proved he was able to use meditation to stay submerged in ice for 1 hour and 53 minutes without his core body temperature changing.

Since then, he’s climbed Mount Everest… in his shorts 

Completed a marathon in the Namib Desert… with no water 

Wim has truly mastered his mind, using his breathing technique 

To those skeptics… he has been proven under a laboratory setting that he’s able to influence his autonomic nervous system and immune system… at will.

While I can write about Wim and his techniques at length… perhaps its best to see it in action.

Back to the blog… when it comes to magic these days, there is really one name that comes to mind - David Blane. 

While we may think he is absolutely insane for his stunts including: Living in a large block of ice for 63 hours, being buried alive for 7 days, and of course… holding his breath for 17 minutes straight.  

He is our modern day Houdini, and while his insane stunts get a lot of attention - his close up magic is truly unbelievable.

For those of you unfamiliar with the episode or in need of a quick reminder, 

Michael causes a huge problem in the office when he comes up with the idea to put "golden tickets" into packages of paper for clients to redeem for discounts - not realizing he put all the promotional items in the same shipment, ultimately resulting in the company losing a lot of money!
